Here's a little fact I learned at the coupon class a friend and I attended a few weeks ago: even though you may live in a different region, Kroger closeouts involve all nationwide stores. Don't confuse these with "Manager Specials" which vary from one Kroger store to another. For instance my Kroger here in Texas City may have a product on Manager's Special that would be normal price at the Kroger in Dickinson, about 10 minutes from my house. If you read of an item on closeout at my store but there is no price change noted at your Kroger store, do a price check. You would be surprised that it IS on closeout.
