Peanut Butter Fat Bombs....

These little babies are loaded with good stuff: cocoa powder, peanut butter, cream cheese, coconut oil...Yum! If you like Reese's Peanut Butter Cups then you'll LOVE these--minus the guilt.

So let's get down to it...

Peanut Butter Fat Bombs

What You Will Need:
  • 2 TBS coconut oil
  • 2 TBS butter (grassfed is best, but I use regular)
  • 4 TBS peanut butter (Smuckers has a peanut butter with net 2 carbs)
  • 3 TSP cocoa powder
  • 3 packets of stevia (1 packet equals 3/4 tsp if you don't have packets)
  • 1 TSP vanilla extract
  • 1.5 TBS cream cheese
What You Will Do:
  • Mix all ingredients together and microwave for 30 seconds.
  • Stir very well. If it needs to be more dissolved, place back into the microwave for 15 to 30 seconds more.
  • Pour into mini cupcake pan.
  • Put in the freezer for at least 30 minutes.
For me this recipe makes nine fast bombs. The recipe says it should make twelve but I may be adding more to each individual cup. If you do make twelve, the net carbs is 1.34 while fat is 7.34 and protein is 1.5.

There are many variations of this recipe online but so far this has been the biggest hit! Enjoy...and if you try these, come back and let me know what you think!

Simply Yum,

  1. I cannot wait to try this. I have most of the ingredients on hand--just need to get the low carb peanut butter. Thanks!
