UPDATE: I've been out of pocket for the last week due to a procedure done on my shoulder....something about anchoring a torn labrum to the bone in two places...and all that painful stuff. Anyways, I have heard that the video did NOT work. So I've since gone back in and changed some settings. This time it definitely should. Enjoy!

The pictures are beautiful and vibrant, and the studies of each vitamin from a physical and spiritual point of view are not too shabby either...from the younger sister's point of view.
What better way to find out more about the book than to have the author herself tell you in her own words...
Let me just say, I had the opportunity to read her manuscript over a couple of years ago and it was fantastic! I know you'll enjoy it too.
