Keto Cheesy Garlic Bread...

The description "bread" for this recipe may be a little deceiving. There is nothing "bread-y" about this, but the taste is as close to garlic bread as you can get! One woman commented: That ain't bread. It's cheese.

True, but when you can't have any bread, the taste of this is as close as you can get. I could have eaten the whole thing...just sayin'.

So for all you bread-lovers (like me) who are restricted from carbs, try this recipe below. It makes a great appetizer to the Fathead Pizza Recipe HERE.

Keto Cheesy Bread

What You Will Need:

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese (use 1 cup if you really love cheese)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Pinch of Italian seasoning (optional)
  • Salt
  • Parchment Paper
What You Will Do:
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and pat it out like you would pizza dough on to parchment paper (not wax!) Sprinkle with some salt.
  • Bake for approximately 15 minutes.
  • Broil on high for 1-2 minutes to get a crisper top and brown edges.
  • Cut with a pizza cutter and dip in marinar sauce if desired.
