Whatever diet plan you've heard of, I've probably tried. It seems my whole adult life has been nothing but one diet after another.
After Personal Trainer Food, Atkins, and Keto (all the most recent attempts at shedding pesky pounds), I tired of the diet yo-yo: lose a few pounds here, gain it back in one week.
That's right. One. Week.
But I've discovered something that is so uncomplicated and so easy to do. And once I've reached my goal weight (eight, no more like 13 more pounds now that the holdidays are done) I can simply maintain using the same method.
Maintain! Now doesn't that sound fabulous!
