In three weeks we've both lost almost ten pounds each. After seeing the results on the scale (and feeling them in my clothes), I've come to the conclusion that I wasn't doing something right while doing the Keto diet. We are both so happy with the results.
And here I thought losing weight was impossible with thyroid problems.
It was just a few weeks ago I wrote a post about a new protein-packed shake that I've started drinking for breakfast. But I found on Pinterest a concoction you can make with brewed coffee, the protein shake, ice, and a little bit of Splenda...
Now I won't need to separate the two. I can drink my coffee and my shake at the same time!
Mind. Blown.
And it tastes just like an iced coffee from Dunkin Donuts...minus all the extra sugar and only two grams of carbs!
Just another way of enjoying this weight loss journey. Eight pounds down...only twelve more to go!
